As of the last 8 months, you need a prayer and a miracle trying to get ahold of anybody here, because it is nearly impossible. I was happy with their services back when I started now I'm just getting fed up with the excruciating lackluster communication Sure hope they get this straightened out so I can enjoy the experience with them again.
