I had a horrible experience compared to other crossover clinics. The doctor was not even willing to see my husband. The front staff was unhelpful and kept going back and forth with no clear answers. My husband needed a medically necessary letter and had been seen only once before in Maryvale, yet the doctor refused to see him, citing a lack of history. Ever since they changed their staff and hours it’s no use to go this clinic. The doctor is so rude and unprofessional. They couldn’t even order my medication on time.
I am deeply dissatisfied and disheartened with the experience I had with ADLIN MORALES-AGUILU and NINA FOX, which was marred by incorrect and false information provided to me. The lack of professionalism and the harmful impact it has had on my health is unacceptable. I was given misleading details that not only caused confusion but also led to a series of avoidable complications. Don’t bother seeking mental health help from Crossover. With only three providers available to make an appointment with, it is guaranteed someone else at your site will already be seeing each and every one of them, and it will be a conflict of interest for them to see you as well! What a waste of the money spent on advertising at Amazon worksites, when only three people are available to see! More false hope in the mental health services industry. No wonder AI therapy is on the rise!
