I called to ask about a referral and was treated poorly by someone named Amanda. She was very unprofessional on the phone by cutting me off and when I tried to explain I had already had this issue once and corrected it, she proceeded by telling me my issue with the primary care provider wasn’t her problem and patched my call over to someone else. I absolutely LOVE crossover. I started off seeing Holly until she switched clinics then I started seeing Dr. Schaller. They both are amazing. They have never left any of my questions unanswered, they both eased any of my concerns. I would recommend both of them! I love that they are faith based and will pray for you!!
