I called to ask about a referral and was treated poorly by someone named Amanda. She was very unprofessional on the phone by cutting me off and when I tried to explain I had already had this issue once and corrected it, she proceeded by telling me my issue with the primary care provider wasn’t her problem and patched my call over to someone else.
