Hmmm where to start, well honestly I didn’t even get to start with how rude and unprofessional the person who took my call answered me. I was being very respectful asking questions and the replies were not only rude but very belittling. Y’all need to learn yalls manners and DO BETTER! I will do my best to never go to this place and take my business elsewhere. Doctors might be great but yalls receptionists will hurt your business.
Had a acl injury along with some tendons and ligaments . There are no words that can express the attention , the care from initial consult to the release back to work date. DR. Crossnoe and his staff are professional and dedicated. His work on my knee is incredible scar is minimal evidence. Highly recommended to all my friends and family.
It takes a great team to heal our bodies through surgery. That team is Dr. Crosnoe, his assistants, his medical staff, his administrative staff, and mostly God. If you want a doctor who is the BEST in this region of Texas, Dr. Crosnoe is it! He's very personable, doesn't herd his patients through like cattle, extremely knowledgeable in orthopedic medicine...and yes, he's good looking (hey, it had to be said!). Dr. Crossnoe is the best! I had my left hip replaced and it went so smooth. I have to have my right hip replaced and I’m ready to get it done. Dr. Crossnoe has great personality and is one of the best, if not the best orthopedic surgeon in the Texas Panhandle.
