Not reliable for snow plowing. 19.5 inches of snow over a two day period and no one showed up to plow. I emailed twice and called twice. Two times Tom assured me someone would come but no one did. I could not get out of my driveway and needed to cancel services for my own business due to being snowed in.
Renters, Students & Parents BEWARE! This guy Crossman is a piece of work who goes way beyond being arrogant and unprofessional. He takes advantage of inexperienced young people and has no remorse in renting substandard housing that is not properly cleaned, maintained or safe. Crossman requires parents to co-sign as guarantors on his leases but does not want them to review the lease or advocate on behalf of their children when there are problems with the property. RecommendedTom has been extremely timely in matters that need attention in our house and has been a great resource for concerns we have regarding anything from heating to pipes to drains. Very great customer service.
The property manager attempted to take advantage of his tenants on multiple occasions. The property was poorly insulated, which caused the electricity bill to become artificially elevated. At one point the electricity bill was 4x the usual amount. When contacting the landlord about this he was steadfast in not addressing the issue and not insulating the property. We called Tom to look at a rental property and he was quite rude. “I don’t have time. Email me” then hung up the phone in my ear. We will not be emailing Tom.
Crossman Properties is a great company! Any questions we had were always responded to quickly, and staff members even visited our property to explain in person. Highly recommended!
