I have never dealt with a leasing company like this. They will ask you tons of personal business questions just to TOUR the space. They demand financial projections, business plans and so much more personal info. I cannot even imagine what they expect from you if you choose to sign a contract. In all my years of owning a business and touring spaces I have never been asked for personal information. Bad management group. How can they let 6 months of unpaid water bill slip by them. The whole plaza had no water not for 1 day, 2 days but 3 days. Every time we call them, they say they’re are working on it. I called Scot Zgura over 15 times in the past 3 days and left multiple voicemails but he never bother to call back. Steve the senior property manager apparently didn’t perform a thoroughly follow up with city hall to make sure the water was back on.. leaving the whole plaza shut down once again. Property manager is VERY rude to the tenants. Simply called to ask about an email we received and the property manager was very rude and belittled me. Very unhelpful.
