Works well with patients with extreme dental phobia. I stress extreme. As in I have kept Andy as my dentist when I lived in Reno NV, and now in Syracuse. There are fancier and faster turnover places to go if you don't mind not getting it done with fastidious detail and they might even be cheaper... Seeing as you'll likely have to get a procedure repeatedly. I'd rather go once, and get it done perfectly. (Actually, I'd rather go never). If you fear dental work, tell Andy Gina sent you. ;)

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
