Horrible title company had a sale done woman had cash have owned the land for over a decade they tell the buyer the deed I have is invalid cause the woman that sold it to us wasn't on the title her kids were and her kids said they would come sign what ever they kno we own it. But they failed to complete the contract saying their insurance company wouldn't allow it unless I paid one of their lawyers to changed the title.from 20 yrs ago
