I rented a 10'x15' unit for almost a year. I never had any issues. The gate always worked. I setup autopay with my credit card, and I never had a problem with my bill. I was able to cancel my rental with a click of a button on their website. It was so nice to not have to make multiple phone calls or even worse, mail in a move out notice. If I ever have a need to store things in Longview, I will absolutely return to Crossland storage. I was able to maneuver a full-size truck with a 6'x12' Uhaul trailer with no issues.

We needed a unit quickly and they had one available. The customer service is amazing! We will recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit. We had our household things stored for over a year and everything was in perfect condition. I would give them a 10/10.

Over a 2-1/2 year period, I have used Crossland Storage for different things. My RV was kept in their covered parking spot (with power!) for that entire time. Only once did I lose power and when I mentioned it to management, they checked it out that day and corrected the issue. When I contacted them about needing two other units, they got right back to me and took care of my needs - all using text, email and phone calls so that I didn't have to go back into their office. We have had several storage units here over the last 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else
