Today's appointment ended up just like I expected. Everyone treats me very well. I am made comfortable and put at ease. All of the staff treats me as a friend which to me means a lot. Dr. Crossland is my personal Dentist. He has me relaxed yet in a direct manner, he makes sure I understand every step of the care. I really appreciate this because he doesn't pull punches.
