The front desk clerk on duty at check-in was extremely rude. Paid for 2 rooms, 1 room, the guys weren't arriving till late that night, when they arrived, arrived at the hotel @ 12 pm and went in the room , it was occupied by 3 other people. The front office closed at 10 pm, so security and some other rude woman that worked there after hours had to locate a room for the guys to stay in that nite.
