Verified Renter As a resident, you pay a lot of money and don't get the amenities that you are promised. The gate is always broken, they don't respond to complaints, the community has gone down drastically in quality. I will not be renewing.
Verified Renter Very pleasant and peaceful place. Staff is respectful and understanding they always answer the phone. The community has very friendly vibe and great amenities. Apartments are spacious with beautiful views and new windows. Updated kitchen and Huge Garden Tub! Love it!

Verified Renter I am being subject to second hand cigarette and marijuana smoke daily. I feel violated. This is a smoke free community yet inside my very apartment I am exposed to smoke daily. I cant even have my baby nieces and nephews visit because I do not want to expose them to the second hand smoke. First, I am disappointed with my neighbors for violating the smoke free policy and disrespecting their own community. Verified Renter Very pleasant and serene community.
Verified Renter I wouldnt recommend this place. The lack of professionalism is concerning. The last time I made a service request about the air conditioner it took a week and a half. I finally left a message on the maintenance line that maybe I would hire someone to come fix my air conditioner. Within 20 minutes of that call maintenance came out to fix the air conditioner. Save your self the stress find some where else to call home.

pretty good i stayed at the apartment for about 8 months and my stay here was pretty decent , main thing i can complain about is the alarm that was included in our rent... did not work for like the first month or so , we were stuck paying for an alarm that wasnt working until they FINALLY got somebody to come out and fix it.. good thing is that they did indeed give us backpay for the months it wasnt working ..besides that, my stay here was nice !
