Verified Renter I'm really glad I found this community. The admin and service teams are great and very responsive to maintenance requests. The neighbors are quiet. I like the active security gates that keep me safe.

Verified Renter The apartments and VERY spacious. I have vaulted ceilings which are VERY nice and that's a HUGE plus. I love the location of the facility.... very convenient and the maintenance team is top notched... They have very nice fireplaces...and the guests rooms are large..
the worst Maintenance always lies and says they completed the request and they never do, if your home all day waiting on them they will wait till you leave to come and rummage through your apartment. I had maintenance lie on me and said i have a dog and i never did. The leasing agents never answer the phones and the apartment is so old to be charging as much as they do.

Verified Renter When we first moved in this was a very nice neighborhood. Now they have very bad choices of people that they put in the neighbors above me have been fighting almost every day lots and lots of noise they are not very professional and picking out quality people to live in this community the Crossing company at McDonaugh can do better the service they surrender is horrible we have kitchen cabinets at least two but Ive been broke I have myself called in several times and its been a month and a half in still have ... read more
