Having lived 20 years at The Crossings Apartments, I can attest to the outstanding personnel in both the office and maintenance departments! Recently, Alerea, the office manager, went way beyond what would be expected in helping me! I can surely recommend living here!
Eli issued the best! I had 1 million questions that he answered patiently. I was having some issues with my Internet, so Eli was working diligently to help me fix it. Whether it was on the phone, via email, or in person, Eli was extremely helpful. He absolutely knew the answer to every question I had. He was thorough, professional, polite, and very kind throughout my entire move-in process. I am so grateful for everything Eli did to make my transition to The Crossings a success.
