My move in went smooth, Elijah answered all of my questions. When I had an issue with the internet the office staff helped me to make sure I didn’t need to get a new router (much appreciated thank you for saving me money!). Maintenance was helpful with an issue with my dishwasher. Overall, a great move-in experience. I have lived at a different Edward Rose property before and I appreciate how attentive they are.
The staff was very helpful with explaining details and paperwork. The new apartment is beautiful! I’m a long term resident and very happy to continue living here.
