Crossing Place has been incredibly kind as I have been completing all of the necessary requirements to live at this complex. The staff has been nothing but helpful and truly welcoming, answering all questions and always having a prompt response. With the low prices along with amenities, Crossing Place was the best choice for me. They have made me extremely excited to move in!

So I’m living here next year, and they have been super helpful with the application process and any questions my parents have had. I’ve talked to the manager multiple times for concerns like bad reviews and things of such nature and they ALL have been really great about addressing each and every concern. I am excited to be living here, will keep this updated.
They have always been extremely helpful! I'm so excited to move in in the fall. If you're looking for a place to live where the staff actually cares, this is the place!
Although I have not moved in yet, I can definitely say I am content with crossing place! The staff is very kind and answered all of my questions! Apart from their staff, the low price for the apartments are extremely affordable! When I tried to apply for housing at TAMU, they were all filled! But Crossing Place came across and I am glad to apply! Thanks Crossing Place and I cannot wait for move in day!

I enjoyed this property for manny reasons. They have all the basic things needed for sustaining life in college, such as a location very close to an Aggie bus rouite, queen sized provided beds, a beautiful spacious kitchen and a gym and pool for when you need to work out. The computer lab with a provided printer is also highly favorable. Inter webs and cable are also provided with rent. Overall, a very wonderful first impression
