Took the wife in yesterday; just to overhear the nursing staff through the wall loudly smack talking why were there. Called her out by name (mind you the walls are paper thin) like we couldn’t hear. They commit hippa violations like it’s nothing and treat people like crap. 10/10 go anywhere else. Hope you enjoyed my remarks back through the wall, and if you find this review? I had sum pretty immediate meds that I needed and I was promised a call back on this day. I got scared with an hr. Left of business and was left with an endless loop with rings and hung up. I'm counting 40 min. Left until business closes with no call back. Despite this I felt they listened to me and for the most part acknowledged the severity of my predicment. It's OK. I go here for convenience (It's a few minutes drive from most of Decatur) and it's one of the few places that accept my insurance. I like that I can get a doctor's appointment, then a blood draw within 15 minutes without leaving the grounds (I highly recommend the phlebotomists here, they're fast and get you in/out). I typically get the results within a day.
