Dr. Nicole Smith should be held accountable for her dishonest billing to patients and to the insurance companies. She also does dental work that was never needed. Be smart and stay away.
We've been going here for about 6 years now and when the new management took over it's gone completely downhill since. The owner/dentist came out when there was a discrepancy regarding what they quoted me and then what they were charging me, as they changed that amount 3 times during one visit, and completely talked down to me and degraded me. The staff in the back are wonderful, but unfortunately the staff up front are not. They are rude, pushy, and when they are unprepared and you ask a question you will be met with eye rolls and sighs. Also, they might be unaware that the patients can still hear them behind the half wall as they continue to complain.

I paid for my dental work which started months ago and still no partials. I have been in numerous times for fittings. I have been trying to get a refund of my money to no avail. I just get the run around and promises of emails that I never get. So if you’re going to get your work done here, make sure the work is done first before you pay. I am on a fixed income and I had to pull money out of my IRA for this work. I am very unhappy and it saddens me this is the way I am being treated.
