The receptionist gets upset when cancelling appointment. As if she thinks I make and cancel appointments just for fun even when my son has been there many times in the past year. Recently, I sent my son in and I explicitly requested I only want cleaning done and I don't want anything extra but at the end of the visit, I was charged for some stuff I didn't ask for nor was I asked If I agree to it.
