Don't even think about it! – I had a horrible experience with this place and would not recommend it. It started out with them showing me a beautifully remodeled apt that I thought was awesome, until I moved in. The apt was in horrible condition! The bathtub in the one bathroom was in such bad shape that I would not use it. They promised me upon move in that they would re-surface BOTH bathtub/showers. An 1960's living with nightmare managment.... – The honest truth, this place Its old and feels like NORMAN BATES MOTEL! Parking is nuts and the management staff is poor service They just finished a nasty paint job in the community on which the color is OLD looking. If I could, there would be no star. – The "management" team is horrible. Theyre nice at first until you've signed the lease then they no longer care about what you have to say. My apartment had no air conditioning throughout the whole summer... it was constantly 90+ degrees... the unit would just bring in hot air from the outside... the maintenance had come in on 4 different occasions and was not able to do anything. managers are rude – Don't trust the managers they don't do their jobs and they are rude!!!!!!! I have lived there for over a year I've complained about my a/c several times no one came out to fix it .My apartment will not get colder than 80 deg the a/c constantly is running. My electricity bill is always over $150. Most of the time the pool is closed in the winter it is always closed. DON'T LIVE HERE – I moved in over the summer did my initial walk through upon moving in and found 5 things that needed to be fixed. It took them at least a month to fix 3 things. I've been here 4 months now and the other two things have yet to be fixed. Parking is horrible, yes it is covered parking but it's not assigned you have a tag to hang that says you can park there but that IS NOT enforced. I live in a one bedroom, one bath. Don't trust the Management – Parking is a nightmare, service is inadequate, they have even had the audacity to change items in the lease agreement to their benefit - A major fiasco when they decided to charge for water usage, still unresolved after months of switching between the water company billing and the management billing. I would not recomend this complex to my worst enemy!
You get what you pay for – The parking is a nightmare. The management came up with an idea to fix it, but never enforced the rules. In 6 months my water heater broke down flooding my apartment, and my A/C broke down. It's cheap, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
