My wedding band was custom made based on a picture I provided and it was made exactly like the picture. This has been hands down the best jewelry company we have worked with and purchased from. We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to everyone in the future!

Love this place. I have that necklace and I love it. Tammy is the best. I live 100 miles away but I won’t go anywhere else for my jewelry needs or repairs.
Two of Their employees are stalkers. I’ve tried contacting the owner about this issue but she has failed to acknowledge this matter. Her two employees Angela and Melissa have been harassing and stalking me on my Facebook page. Even had a third person doing it today. although this is a personal matter, I Just want to let folks know what kind of people work here. I highly recommend Crossgates Jewelers! They are so helpful and provide fabulous customer service! My family won’t buy from anyone else! They have a beautiful selection but have also created custom pieces for me too! The repairs are top notch if you need them too! Can’t say enough good things about Tammy and her staff!
These 2 ladies are wonderful! I got to work with Angela one on one to design my engagement ring. And what a wonderful experience I had! She helped me take so many precious memories from three of our loved one who have passed away and my mom who is still with us to make my engagement ring so very special! This is a piece Corbett and I will cherish forever!
I wouldn’t trust my jewelry with anyone else! They’ve always done exceptional work on everything I’ve brought in. They even made a custom mother’s ring for my mom’s 50th birthday and it was stunning!
