We dropped in at CrossFit Yellow Falcon and we had so much fun! The staff is very welcoming and the workout was fun with a lot of energy. I really enjoyed working out here and I can definitely recommend it! I'll be back when I'll visit Miami next time!

My second home but sweatier and with more burpees!!!! Joining Yellow Falcon CrossFit gym was the best thing I’ve done for my body and my sanity. The coaches somehow manage to be part drill sergeant, part therapist, and part hype squad, they’ll fix your deadlift form and your mood in one class. The community is amazing, we cheer each other on, laugh through the pain, and occasionally lie to ourselves by saying, “That workout wasn’t that bad…” (It was. But we survived.)
