I can’t speak highly enough about this gym. The coaches, the music, the facility, the amenities, everything across all boards is a 10 out of 10. No matter what level of experience you have, you can walk into this gym and begin to bring yourself to the next level. CrossFit Yellow Falcon is an amazing gym and community! My husband and I joined 2 years ago. I came in knowing the bare minimum when it came to CrossFit, especially with weightlifting. Each coach has been so kind and helpful, and the community itself is so encouraging and welcoming. I went from barely lifting the bar to now tracking my PR’s. I’ve also met some of the sweetest people in Miami. Kudos to Rene and Claudia for creating such a positive environment! 💛🖤
