Long overdue review. CrossFit Yellow Falcon is a 10 out of 10 gym . Don’t believe me? Go for a week and prove me wrong . It starts with Head Coaches Rene and Claudia . They’re both amazing people and amazing coaches. Not everyone possesses both , they do . And their energy trickles down throughout the members and other amazing coaches . Great place. Was visiting Miami for a few days and purchased a drop in for open gym, the place is clean and well equipped and has everything you need. Even a tripod stand for your phone so you can film any movements as needed (which was perfect because I’m working with an online coach and I need to send her videos all the time). The owner was there and came by and introduced herself to say hi, which was a nice and personal touch. The whole place is also very clean and neat, which is a nice change from most CF gyms
It's such a cool box! We loved the vibe, everybody has been super friendly and they even invited us for memorial day BBQ after. It's a great example that the CrossFit community is welcoming all over the world. We will be back on our next visit
