Muy buena energía, muy buen grupo !!
Did a Hyrox simulation today and it was SO GOOD! The facilities, the equipment, the coaches, THE VIBE was all beyond incredible! I had never been before but im glad I went, will continue to come! Thank you to all the coaches for pushing me!!
Went for an early morning drop in while on business trip. The group was one of the most supportive and friendly I have found in a CrossFit gym. Loved the workout and coach gave good, challenging scaling options. Will be back when in Miami next time
