My husband and I have known the owners of this gym for almost 10 years, and even though life and moving has had us come and go, it’s still hands down our favorite CrossFit. Franco and Michelle truly pour their hearts into this place — they care deeply about your progress and how much you improve. On top of that, the community here is rare to find in Miami: fun, supportive, no egos, and no show-offs. Just genuine people and great workouts. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Owner greeted me at the door, showed me around, introduced me to the coach, and explained the process. After I told him my itinerary for the week he let me know a good schedule to come back that would work well with mine. I would recommend this if you’re ever near the Miami airport area.

My honest review about Unbound CrossFit: When I walked into Unbound CrossFit almost two months ago, I had absolutely zero knowledge or experience with CrossFit. Frankly, I was a bit intimidated!
