Owner greeted me at the door, showed me around, introduced me to the coach, and explained the process. After I told him my itinerary for the week he let me know a good schedule to come back that would work well with mine. I would recommend this if you’re ever near the Miami airport area.

My honest review about Unbound CrossFit: When I walked into Unbound CrossFit almost two months ago, I had absolutely zero knowledge or experience with CrossFit. Frankly, I was a bit intimidated! It has only been one week since I joined, but it has been great. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful. This place truly feels like a community! UPDATE REVIEW: it’s been almost 2 years … this box is a FAMILY 🐺💚🐺💚🐺 A wonderful community, everyone constantly shows up for one another. The coaches are amazing, the athletes are amazing. It truly feels like home! WODs are creative and fun, the equipment is always top notch and CLEAN!!!
