I really enjoy going to CrossFit Tundra. The coaches are extremely patient and do a great job of meeting you where you are, no matter your fitness level. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have experience, they take the time to make sure you understand the movements and feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very positive and supportive. CrossFit Tundra has been so much more than a gym for me — it’s a true community. I joined Tundra two years ago at a low in life. I had recently faced rejection to my life long goal of skating for Disney on Ice and I felt stuck. Joining Tundra gave me something new to work toward and helped me rebuild my strength and confidence. Crossfit Tundra is a fun an supportive gym! The coachs are super supportive and excited to be there. They push you while maintaining proper form and ensure your improving without injury. Everyone is very supportive.
This is an amazing gym. The coaches are awesome and very knowledgeable. They have helped me restart my fitness journey after a 15+ year break.
