Dropped in when I was in town on business. Great Coaches and friendly astmosphere. Very aware and focused on my success. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Huntington.
This gym is the best...for so many reasons. I was intimidated to begin coming and fought the urge ...declined the invites..and made excuses. I finally decided to come. It is so welcoming and friendly...some of the best people I've ever met either train here or workout here. It is so much more than a gym. It's a family and a culture of "builder uppers." I always heard it is addicting and I'd have to agree. I'm truly grateful I finally walked through the door.
Motivation without direction will only get you so far. If you bring the effort, the coaches at CFT will help you focus it. You will do things you previously thought impossible and break ground you might never have explored on your own. If you are looking for a fitness community and you are serious, go here -- don't give it a second thought.

38 years and I had never learned anything about any proper forms or safe ways to lift weight and perform "basic" movements. 2 years in and I can't imagine a better group of people to call a box. These are the most experienced coaches around who care greatly about their members. My wife and I wouldn't be where we're at today without Thunder. Can't wait to see what year 3 holds (5 for Amy).
