Hands down one of the best gyms I have visited! My boyfriend and I were welcomed into the community right from the start. Work outs were tough, coaching is great, and the members are SO nice! I highly recommend this box if you are visiting the area or live there!!

LOVE/HATE relationship. Love all the Coaches, members and comradity this facility represents. Coaches go above and beyond their willingness to work with each and everyone no matter what your experience, abilities or age. A BIG thank you to Coach Drew, my geriatric coach, who always has my back(literally) to make sure I don't break something🤕 What I HATE the most is the fact I am now 61 years of age and wish I had started CF years ago👏💪

Great environment and the best people to work out with.
It's a family atmosphere. Doesn't matter your age, size or ability. The (excellent) coaches work with everyone so they get the most from the workout. Everyone encourages everyone.
