I joined this gym few weeks ago. There is a great community and group of very cool people, which is really important. Coaches have very good knowledge and they are also competitors in CrossFit. This gym and training make progress, no excuses, not talking, just hard work and the little talking I would really recommend to visit this gym especially if you Want to compete in CrossFit or similar sports. Dropped in here x2 while staying in homestead for a wedding weekend. The coach and everyone was super friendly and welcoming to drop ins. Would recommend!
Been at this box for 7 months and have seen incredible progress in strength and technique thanks to training with Coach Pedro on specific skills I wanted to learn. Just as a small example: I've managed to go from zero rope climb experience to consistently climbing a 15' rope in 2 pulls; from struggling to lift a 75# sandbag to now being able to lift and maneuver 125# sandbags, etc. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging and happy to be there, and the box itself is no nonsense but somehow still has everything you need.
