CrossFit Tallahassee started in my garage in 2009. Today almost every CrossFit box in Tallahassee was at one time a coach or a member. We are proud to have introduced Tallahassee to CrossFit and continue to provide a first class CrossFit experience to everyone in Tallahassee. We specialize in helping older people increase their athleticism even if they have health issues. Everyone is welcome at CrossFit Tallahassee!

I have a daughter that attends FSU and when I fly in to Tallahassee from Charleston SC, I "drop in" to Crossfit Tallahassee.
