I had a disappointing experience at CF Tally, particularly with one of the coaches, John, who came across as condescending during interactions. Additionally, some members would frequently argue about workouts during class, which disrupted the flow and made the environment feel less focused. At times, I found myself avoiding certain class times because of this.
One of the nicest CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. Nice equipment, clean, professional friendly staff. 10 out of 10
John did a great job and I felt like I had a personal trainer the entire time. I am very competitive in a good way and the men and women in the class really pushed me to be a better me without even realizing what they were doing. I loved the class and I will be back!!
I travel a lot for work, I stayed in Tallahassee for 4 months, I am happy I found Tallahasse Crossfit. Great crossfit, great coaches, great classes, great classmates. The coaches make you feel like family.
