I’ve been a member of CrossFit Sumter for a year now and honestly wish I had joined much sooner! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating, no matter your fitness level. The progress I’ve seen in myself, and in others, really speaks to the quality of the programming and coaching. The community is welcoming and encouraging, and the classes are consistently challenging and fun. 10/10 recommend for anyone, whether you’re brand new to fitness or more experienced!

I’ve been to quite a few different CrossFit gyms and none of them have come close to CrossFit Sumter. The community and coaches at this gym are absolutely amazing. I’ve never experienced a gym where the coaches care so much about each persons goals and push so hard to ensure everyone does the movements in a safe manner. This gym really is for the beginner to elite athlete and is the best fitness community I’ve been apart of.
I really like Sydney and the way she coaches I’m only here in Sumter a little bit for work, but glad I found this gym.
