This is the place to feel positive and build strength in a community of good people and coaches. There are few things in life that when you look back you see clearly “that changed everything”, CrossFit Station is one of those things in my life.

CrossFit Station is a great place! The coaches and other members are very supportive and make you feel at home. Coaches teach great technique and easily scale to any fitness level as needed.
Visited Boise overnight on business and had a great experience at CrossFit Station, joined a 4:15pm and 6am class. Tony was awesome, went over the movements and fundamentals and spent the time to help me scale strict pull-ups. This is the type of box that makes the CrossFit community great for those of us on the road a lot. If I am ever in the area, I will definitely be back!
