I started a year ago battling some bad injuries. But I needed something that would challenge me. And I found it! CFSA is now like a second family to me. The coaches are absolutely wonderful and they will push you to be your best, even if you can’t RX right away. My kids even love coming to the gym. Can not say enough about how awesome CFSA is!
If you need to humble yourself definitely check this gym out. Coaches are great and make sure you leave tired. CrossFit is one of the hardest things I’ve done but everyone is helpful and supportive. 10/10 would recommend.
I think like anybody I was a little nervous about coming into CrossFit something I have never done before but have been talking about getting in shape for a while now. Decided to stop talking about it and go inside and see what it was all about.
