I just moved to Sonora a few months ago , it didn't quite feel like home until I joined CFS. Awesome and welcoming crew! Best way to start my day!
This is more than a local box. It is truly a family when you walk through the doors on day one, and it never stops. People constantly motivate, assist and encourage. The trainers alway give 100% and don't allow you to cheat your self. The best investment I ever made. I would highly recommend this local Box it is the original crossfit gym in Sonora.
Love the coaches and the encouragement you to need to drive through each ass kicking work out!!!
It is a family and your family helps drive you to leave the gym in a better mental or physical state then when you entered. Thank you CFS for all you do.

My wife and I did a WOD at CrossFit Sonora and had a great experience. It was a great atmosphere with very welcoming people. Will definitely be going back again when I'm in town.
It goes beyond the awesome workouts, the strength you gain, and weight you might lose. It feels like family and I look forward to every class so that I can see all my crossfit peeps. I can't recommend it enough. Everyone needs to try Crossfit because it really is for everyone.
Best workout I've ever done. Love love love it! Love the knowledgeable instructors. Finally found my home gym.
