Absolutely love it here. I am not your typical gym body but that doesn't matter. They work with you where you are and support every bit of progress. I have always felt welcome and encouraged. The coaches have your best interests and safety in mind. They push you but they also protect you from yourself when you are trying to do more than you should at that moment. I have been a member of at least five chains of gyms but this is the best.
My first visit the Crossfit Sonora was great! I participated in MURPH with a few friends of mine. People were very friendly and the gym was awesome! Great day! Looking forward to visiting again, soon! 💪🏻😃
