Dropped in recently and was really impressed. The new owners have done an incredible job with the move. The space is huge, clean, and beautifully set up with top-notch equipment and plenty of parking. The coaches were friendly, professional, and clearly care about helping athletes of all levels. As always, great coaching, sufficient amount of equipment, super clean space, and a welcoming atmosphere! The first CrossFit box in Solano County (2008) and the BEST!
The coach was thorough in explaining the CFS process to me as I have relocated to the area and transitioning from another CrossFit box’s program. The 10am class had fewer in attendance so I didn’t feel overwhelmed learning the new-to-me process! I’ll Be Back!!!
