As always, great coaching, sufficient amount of equipment, super clean space, and a welcoming atmosphere! The first CrossFit box in Solano County (2008) and the BEST!
The coach was thorough in explaining the CFS process to me as I have relocated to the area and transitioning from another CrossFit box’s program. The 10am class had fewer in attendance so I didn’t feel overwhelmed learning the new-to-me process! I’ll Be Back!!!
The gym is in a great space with plenty of room and very professional. The workout was well planned and well communicated with descriptions of the movements and adjustability if needed based on skill. Got my butt kicked but loved it.
Cross Fit Solano is FUN! They challenge you and support you. Great coach and great peoplw @ the 5 AM class.
He was great and made me feel comfortable, knowing that I was new to CrossFit. It was definitely a great experience!
