CrossFit Snowdrift Coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and inspiring. They have altered my path of health and fitness for the better. Prior to their coaching, I lacked accountability, consistency, and confidence when working out. However, through their genuine support and training I have gained skills and a community that supports everyday life. It’s a great place!
As a kid I find this place very welcoming and although I can't lift as heavy or do the same as adults I modify and still do it
I've only attended an introductory workout at Snowdrift but I can say, based on my experience, that this gym is incredibly welcoming for folks of all ages and skill levels. They also center their clients' health and wellness. Coaches checked-in on me throughout my workout, they offered both coaching and accommodations for certain movements and exercises. A welcoming gym for all abilities. All of the coaches are amazing. I highly recommend CrossFit Snowdrift for anyone and everyone.
