I dropped in for the 6:30 class while visiting family in the area and had an excellent experience. Coach Annie was very attentive, encouraging, and made sure everyone understood the workout and movements. The members were friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The workout was well-structured, challenging, and fun.
