CFS was a fun and welcoming drop-in experience
I’m only in the area sporadically during the summer, but it’s always a pleasure to drop in at CrossFit Shrewsbury. The coaches are consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making every visit a great experience. I also really appreciate the strong sense of community and camaraderie.
Stopped in for a few drop in classes while in town and they were great!! So friendly, great classes and helpful for any scaling that I needed. Would totally go back!!
I had the privilege of dropping in to CF Shrewsbury 3 times this week, while visiting the area for an event. Everything — the stellar and high energy coaching, the wonderfully warm and welcoming community, and the quality of the programming and workouts, was top notch. 10/10 would recommend this gym and am looking forward to dropping in every time I’m in the area 💪🏼
