I’ve been going to Urban Athletic Club for about a month now, and I’m really impressed. The coaches are excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. From day one, the environment felt welcoming and non-intimidating, which made it easy to jump into workouts even as a newer member. The other members are just as friendly, creating a great community vibe. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has convenient hours that fit my schedule. This is a great place to train. I’d absolutely recommend Urban Athletic Club!
It is on of the best workouts in town.
I’ve been going to UAC for a while now and have recommended it to both friends and coworkers. I actually look forward to working out again. A small, knit tight community where group classes feel more like 1on1 personal training sessions. For anyone needing accountability (i.e. ME), join UAC!
Tolles Gym im Zentrum von DC. Super nettes Coaching und flexible Open gym Zeiten für erfahrene Athleten. Ich konnte meinen Drop in sehr einfach online buchen! Das Gym hat alles an Equipment was man braucht, von bikes, Rudergeräten über DBs, kettlebells, barbells und co. Nach dem Training gibt es die Möglichkeit dort zu duschen, perfekt!
I think I found it!! ... So I’ve been around the CrossFit world for sometime, trained at boxes all over the globe and then I got injured then life caught up so I was forced to take a long break.
