Fantastic gym and amazing community! The coaches are thorough with teaching you the movements and meet you with where you are at in terms of skill and development. They provide constant feedback to make sure you are doing the movements safely and effectively. The workouts combine a mixture of strength and conditioning and are tough but never the same! This gym is really great. The coaches, Tracy and Jared, are incredibly knowledgeable and do a great job of meeting everyone where they are—whether you’re just starting out or have been doing CrossFit for years.
