We are a 4,000 Sq Ft facility in the heart of the City. We run CrossFit classes from 6AM till 6:30PM Monday thru Friday. And have weekend classes. We also host Level 1 and Level 2 Seminars. Please come give us a visit and you'll love this place and people!!!
