A friend introduced me to Rhema nine years ago and I have been attending since. The welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable staff. The community. The friendly competition. I could go on. Shout out to Coach P for her pursuit in motivating me to accomplish my goals. Hope to see you around. 7:30am class is the best!
This place and the people that work there are amazing! I first met many of the coaches when they came out to Cameroon to work with Coach Barry (he was formally a missionary there for many years - working on the fitness of people's souls and bodies!). Barry is a fantastic coach; patient, caring, hard working, and has a clear way of communicating what you should be doing. Visit this box, you will not be disappointed!
I started CrossFit at Rhema about a year and a half ago & I’m so glad that I did! All of the staff there are incredibly helpful and kind, especially Party! She is always so quick to respond to my 20 questions that I typically ask her. I appreciate that so much. & Lisa is another one of my fav coaches there. She is so warm and welcoming especially at 5:30am when it is hard for me to like anything that early. (:
