There is no magic pill to get you in shape in the most healthy way possible...but there is Crossfit Reignited!! From the owners, coaches to the other members of CFR, the guidance and support system at this gym is phenomenal! In 8 months I have lost 45 lbs, have so much more energy AND have broken so many unhealthy habits that I have had for years! Thanks CFR for everything!!!

Great people, great environment! The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and make sure that you take care of yourself during a workout. CFR is a great group of athletes and friends who encourage and motivate each other daily.
I have dropped in to CrossFit Reignited a few times when I'm in town and I love it! The coaches are awesome and the members are so friendly and welcoming!
Crossfit Reignited is awesome. Drew and Nick really take their time to coach each person individually. Even when I am in a class with several other people, I feel like I get all of the one-on-one attention that I need in order to feel comfortable with my form, lifts, and mobility.
