Dropped in here for a few days (right after Hurricane Matthew) and the team here was very welcoming. The facility is great and members were awesome too. Looking forward to coming back on my next visit!

I joined CFR 7 months ago and can say that I have never experienced anything like it in my life. The daily challenge is beyond rewarding and the coaches knowledge is unmatched. Not only has my fitness goals been looked after, but my safety in the gym has been their top concern, especially since I was unfamiliar with so many things. The community of members is also outstanding with the support given when you need it the most during a work out. They are also experts in nutrition, which for me, has been a game changer.
