Joining Ptbo CrossFit is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. I feel so much stronger. Doing classes with a coach makes all the difference.
CrossFit PTBO is fantastic! The environment is fun, professional and inclusive. They help individuals grow and increase in strength from where you are at. Their instructors and encouraging and knowledgeable. I love how they put importance on learning the correct way to do skills first. In each workout give personal guidance and tips on form.
