This box is very well maintained, clean and lots of equipment and space to work out. I've met so many wonderful people including the owners who work hard to make their gym a fun and inviting atmosphere. They have lots of class times, childcare and a user friendly app for class reservation. Anyone looking for consistency and encouragement, this is your gym. I highly recommend trying a class, best decision I made in 2019!

Always a great challenging workout, plenty of room for modifications and variety to keep everyone and your muscles on your toes. The coaches are supportive throughout the entire class time and always there to help!

This is the absolute best gym around! The coaches are so supportive and push you to never give up which if you're like me who always gives up at gyms it's super encouraging! If you want a place that pushes you, works with you and supports you this is it!

Love this place. Awesome people, fantastic trainers, superb workouts!!!! So glad we found this place and so close to home. You're missing out if ur not here.
I have been going for almost 2 months and have grown to love this place. Every workout is challenging and different each time. There is no getting bored or tired of a routine. The coaches are great at making sure you understand all the workouts and help you modify if/when needed. I enjoy the comrodery with the other members. I feel myself getting stronger and it keeps me motivated to come back! Best gym ever!
