The trainers and the stuff are so welcoming and motivating.Great classes full of energy and variety of different workouts. Coaches are really good at pushing you above your limit, which makes you feel amazing after. Motivate the mind, the body will follow

If you're new to fitness or already into CrossFit, this is definitely an awesome gym. The box members were extremely welcoming, and the coaches are knowledgable, motivating, and there to help you reach your goals! After dropping in just twice while visiting family near by, it is obvious that this gym takes great pride in providing their members with a positive experience every time they walk in the doors. Worked out here for 3 weeks when I was home on leave from the army. Came back to base this week and am noticeably stronger than when I left. The staff and community at Crossfit Park Ridge is the best around.
