I moved to Owasso before the COVID epidemic and only lived there for 6 month. That being said, I had started going to CrossFit at this gym during that time and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Just had my first class at CrossFit Owasso and was blown away by how welcoming everyone was. Our coach, Gayla, and the owner, Jeff, made us feel right at home. You can tell that their culture is incredible. Everyone was training hard, getting competitive, but still maintaining a high-quality, family-atmosphere. Could not ask for anything more from a CrossFit gym... we'll definitely be back!

Just took class with Gayla for the first time today! Had an awesome time working out today, everyone was very encouraging, and overall the gym had a fantastic atmosphere! Will definitely be back soon!

Can't even begin to express how amazing CrossFit Owasso is!!! Facilty and coaches are top notch! Been going for just under a year now and can't wait to see what the 2nd year has in store!!!
