Out of all the gyms I have attended, this one have been the best and my favorite. They motivate you the entire time and don’t let you give up. I totally recommend it no matter what your condition level is.

Great nutrition challenge and coaching, along with strength training, and striking class.. I lost 6 pounds in 6 weeks! Learned about order of eating vegetables, proteins, then carbs, the plate method, 3 compartment containers, specific shopping list recommendations, eating more vegetables, healthy drinks, partner accountability, great value and gains! P.s. they have a real fancy scale too..
Great gym. Friendly members and coaches, welcomed me right in. Coach Rosy is outstanding. Box is small yet well equipped. Great place for beginners and experienced athletes.
