I've been going to CrossFit One Valley for 6 months now and have had an awesome experience. The staff there is very helpful and ensures exercises are adjusted to your ability and also ensure you are doing them correctly. I've made a lot of new friends and have absolutely loved the results. The owners (Chase and Britney) are awesome people and have created the best gym in Knoxville!
Great CrossFit gym! Space, equipment and facility is extremely nice. I recently went to a continuing Ed course here and the place was top notch. I wish I lived in Knoxville to make this my home CrossFit box
This CrossFit facility is truly exceptional, boasting top-tier equipment and ample space. During our weekend seminar here, we thoroughly appreciated this venue. The inclusion of giant garage doors on both sides of the warehouse creates a refreshing wind tunnel effect, enhancing the overall experience. If I were a resident of this area, I would unquestionably choose this facility for my workouts.
