While traveling for work, I was lucky to have Novi CrossFit close to my hotel for a 6am drop-in workout. Coach Lu was super kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone in the class was also incredibly friendly, supportive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
