I love CFNC! The people are so kind and welcoming ♥️ The coaches do a wonderful job at making sure you’re comfortable with the workout and you’re nicely warmed up! Great place to sweat the day away!
Dropped in here before a competition. What a welcoming, lovely community. The coaches and members were all so kind and supportive. If you’re from out of town, please drop in here bc you’ll love every second of it.

Great! Kim was super helpful and attentive, I'm new to crossfit and she checked in at each stage of the workout several times to make sure I was doing well and knew what to do! Everyone was kind and supportive as I'm just starting back to the gym.
James was very encouraging and taught all the moves for people who needed reminders or new beginners like myself.
