Amazing place, always fun!
We dropped in while staying in Charleston for the week. This gym has a true family vibe, excellent coaching and lots of fun. You will be sure to sweat. It was just what we needed.
Classes are fun and well tailored The instructors are very knowledgeable, supportive, understanding, patient and kind. James and Kim have been very kind and supportive, and their encouragement makes the experience enjoyable and rewarding.
Best gym around! The coaches are awesome and provide great guidance. It’s a super welcoming and supportive environment, and I’ve seen so much personal growth since I started. If you want to improve yourself, this is the place to be!
