I had a great experience training at North Charleston CrossFit. The environment was welcoming, energetic, and focused. Coach James led the session with clarity, purpose, and strong attention to detail. His coaching style struck the right balance between encouragement and pushing limits. He took the time to correct form, explain the “why” behind each movement, and made sure everyone—from first-timers to seasoned athletes—was challenged and supported.
Amazing gym experience while in Charleston for the holiday weekend. I trained here on the 5th of July and was blown away by the energy and the setup. Everything from the equipment to the customer service was on point. Friendly folks, no ego, and a place where people are genuinely working hard. Highly recommend to anyone local or just passing through!
Awesome workout! Can’t wait to see how far I can push myself. Definitely would recommend.
