Brand new to CrossFit. I wasn’t unfamiliar to conventional lifting when I joined, but very unfamiliar to the unconventional. But, this gym has challenged muscles in my body I would have never triggered in my own workouts or has ever been challenged in structured gyms I’ve been involved with in the past.
